1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the habajje platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. habajje's Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement, and it is essential that you read them carefully before using any service.

All deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team. habajje does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5Withdrawal Rules & Process

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal on habajje:

• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first
• Habajje may place a hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation into suspicious activity

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours. Once approved, the funds may take additional time to reach your payment account, depending on your payment provider.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Under habajje's Terms & Conditions, all bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Please make sure you fully understand the relevant terms before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to first deposit only. Bonus amount becomes withdrawable after completing x30 wagering requirements.
• Reload Bonus: Available weekly for eligible members. x20 wagering requirement applies.
• Cashback Offer: Awarded based on net losses. Cashback bonus carries a x15 wagering requirement.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you earn a bonus. x25 wagering requirement applies.

In any bonus-related dispute, habajje's decision is final. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, fake registrations, or system abuse will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account permanently closed.

7Betting Rules & Limits

The following rules apply to all betting on habajje. This section of habajje's Terms & Conditions covers all bet types equally — Sports Betting, casino, and live games.

• Minimum Bet: ৳20 (may vary by game)
• Maximum Bet: Set individually per market, shown on the game page
• Live Betting: Bets can be placed during live events, though certain markets may be locked
• Bet Cancellation: Bets confirmed once placed cannot generally be cancelled
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply

If a technical error occurs or incorrect odds are published, habajje reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the predetermined policy outlined in habajje's Terms & Conditions will apply.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Habajje may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under any of the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Use of Account by a Minor
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be refunded. As part of responsible gaming, you can also set self-exclusion periods or deposit limits.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
